Easy Chocolate Dipped Strawberry Recipe
This is a surprisingly easy method for a decadent dessert that will impress everyone.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. shortening
Large strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon shortening. Let cool to room temperature.
Dip berries into mixture, then place them on a plate lined with waxed paper.
Chill in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
